Diagnosis
Occiput strongly convex; scape, femora and tibiae dark brown; scutellum smooth and shiny; female gaster short and ovate, MM/LG = 1.1, first tergite with elongate punctures. Similar to glomeris but with forewing speculum closed below and propodeum with submedian grooves present throughout; also similar to otus but with short gaster. See also casacocae.
